DEMOCRATIC ARMED FORCES SQUANDERS MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE

Only 3 of the Democratic Forces Officials are found and many are being covered up by the Democratic Armed Forces from the squandering and using the people's money as their own. Many of the money are from the Pork Barrel given by the Philippine democratic Senate and Philippine Democratic Congress. 

More 5 Billion Pesos from the People's money are being squandered by the Philippine Democratic Forces Officials from the rank of Generals and up. Just recently 3 high ranking generals are sacked and removed from their position in the Hospitals of the Democratic Forces for laundering more than 100 Million Pesos each Officials. 

Many including high ranking Generals are being covered up by Philippine Democratic COA (Commission of Audit) and Democratic Forces investigators. One of the known scandals are the Democratic Forces Medical Center where one of the Generals Brigadier General Normando Sta Ana is misusing and putting into his pockets and family more than 80 Million Pesos. 

Some of the Junior Officers are Lt Col Florencio Capulong (Special Disbursement Officer), Major Neil Bugaran (Chief of Management Fiscal Officer), and Colonel Rogelio Del Rio (acting supply Officer). 40 Million Pesos to the General, and 40 Million Pesos are shared by the three (3) Junior Officers.
