US SERVICEMAN KILLS GAY IN HOTEL

A US Serviceman named PFC (Private First Class) Pemberton named by the NCIS (Naval Crime Investigation Service) from the US Navy said is the killer of the gay prostitute named Jeffrey Laude. There is a possible cover up who the real killer is. 

Philippine Democratic Government are sadly unable to take custody of the suspect as the American Servicemen are protected by the unfair VFA (Visiting Forces Agreement) where United States mocked the Philippine Democratic Government on signing it. In this Agreement, 9 out 10 statements are pro US and only 1 are for the Philippine Democratic Government. 

Based on the VFA (Visiting Forces Agreement), American Servicemen will be under the custody of United States and can request for his custody but the decision is on the American Government. Which is if United States says no Philippine Democratic Government cannot hold the American Serviceman for the crime. It had been known that EDCA and VFA (Visiting Forces Agreement) are unfair to the Philippine democratic Government due to the greed and selfishness of the Officials of the Philippine Democratic Government this agreement still lingers and plaque the Philippines. 

The Killing was due to the disappointment of the serviceman that the person he had sex with is not a real woman. Justice is unlikely to be served as just like to case of Daniel Smith years ago he just went home to US without being punished for the crime. United States Government did not give him any punishment or court martial.
