Disciplinary Actions (Communist Party of the Philippines)

1. The following serious violations of this rule will be the implementation of competent disciplinary action:

a. The denial to married status will be the implementation of disciplinary action demotion in office.
b. Serious threats and intimidation in courtship will be the implementation of disciplinary action from the minimum suspension of Party membership to a maximum of expulsion.

Divorce (Communist Party of the Philippines)

1. Because the first is demanding serious thought and preparation to marriage, trying to prevent the Party turning to divorce in solving the problems of marriage. 

2. Granted the divorce one wife if found fluid prevents his revolutionary activities or become traitors or rabid counterrevolutionary another.

B. Marriage 

1. The marriage is a serious matter that should be good preparations would marry and the concerned unit or units of the Party. 

2. As the requirement to woo the requirements to provide the proper unit of Parties consent to marriage.

b. The revolutionary raising and educating the children; and 

c. Coming spouses or one of them to sponsor the wedding, Party organs or confessor about any problems the couple or family.

Nobody can separate us in our marriage relationship without just cause and without the consent of the Parties. We have the right to refer the Party and seek advice here whenever we have problems. Are entitled to each of us to file any claim in the fulfillment of our agreement as husband and wife. We swear that none of us would interfere with the general welfare of the revolution and the people. 

8. Effective marriage after signing a married, sponsors or witnesses and the marriage contract. 

9. Preferred that the members of the Party who first married outside again marrying the  Party in the Party in accordance with the ceremony stated in Vol. To No. 5. 8 above.

CPP Cental Committee

The CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines), prevailing in marriage and everything associated with it the revolutionary interests of the people. A. courtship

3. If a member or candidate member wants to court a non member, It is better to have enough Courtship basis that could be candidate members at least within six months after the consent was given. 

4. If a member or candidate members being courted inside or outside the Party, he will notify his unit which will include permission. If you want to woo or courting is not a member of the Party, with enough base it is better that he might be candidate members at least within six months after the consent was given. 

5. The member or candidate members are not allowed in any court or being courted considered traitors or rabid anti-revolutionary or otherwise intend to detract from her revolutionary activities. 

6. The member or candidate members assigned to units of the New People's Army and other full-time work is not allowed to court or courts until completive a year in service. 

7. No courtship allowed more than one at a time. If a simultaneous letting courtship, the person being courted decide who goes first. If someone wants to woo a person who is courted, can be addressed would be courting courtship and such intention, through appropriate organs; But he can not woo Until Courted and suitor decides they want. 

8. Prior to marry, not It is better at least a year's time relationship. Considering its associated length of time or age lover. 

9. No court or Being courted allowed anyone not considered Party fluid marriage to another Should avoid sex before marriage. Aims to protect women against exploitation and give enough time to prepare for the responsibilities parenthood while doing the revolution.
