MARRIAGE AND COURTSHIP

(WITHIN THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE PHILIPPINES)

B. Marriage 

1. The marriage is a serious matter that should be good preparations would marry and the concerned unit or units of the Party. 

2. As the requirement to woo the requirements to provide the proper unit of Parties consent to marriage. 

The request was discussed contracting unit or units of the Party which includes oneness of lovers and if allowed. The lowest section of the Party organs can give consent to marriage. 

3. After leading organs provide the appropriate permissions, select the magkakasal marry a cadre units from their unit or higher. The cadre magkakasal administer the wedding ceremony, wedding oath and sign a marriage contract. 

4. Need three or more witnesses or sponsors or choose to invite a married couple to attend the wedding ceremony. Witnesses or sponsor, should not be less than two full Party members. 

5. Before the marriage, the conversation married, sponsors and cadres married and there will be described as married and relevant political history of their relationship, they reviewed and criticized each other's self and one another. They can ask the opposite about their relationships or matters connected therewith, and warn them about the development of their relationship. 

6. Wedding ceremony, will indicate and explain the Marriage rights and obligations of marriage as follows. 

a. Commitment to each one consistent loyalty to the revolutionary cause. 

b. The revolutionary raising and educating the children; and 

c. Coming spouses or one of them to sponsor the wedding, Party organs or confessor about any problems the couple or family. 

7. During the married are unified Party red flag as kapang linking them, they pronounce leadership Marriage the following oath in Marriage Contract Interior Party: 

"We (mention the name of another struggle) is voluntary breast united as husband and wife today. As members (or candidate members) Party, we wholeheartedly committed to fulfilling our role in the revolution and full strive to advance it. We swear fulfill the duties to each other and respect each other's rights in accordance with the rules of the Party about the wedding. Nobody can separate us in our marriage relationship without just cause and without the consent of the Parties. We have the right to refer the Party and seek advice here whenever we have problems. Are entitled to each of us to file any claim in the fulfillment of our agreement as husband and wife. We swear that none of us would interfere with the general welfare of the revolution and the people. 

8. Effective marriage after signing a married, sponsors or witnesses and the marriage contract. 

9. Preferred that the members of the Party who first married outside again marrying the  Party in the Party in accordance with the ceremony stated in Vol. To No. 5. 8 above.
