BINAY FINDS FALL GUYS TO COVER HIS ILL GOTTEN WEALTH

Binay is finding fall guys most of them formerly workers from the Makati City Hall and worked for Binay when he was still Philippine Democratic Government Mayor of Makati. He makes these employees as the owners of the so called Binay Ill Gotten wealth and properties. 

Filipino People is not believing any word from the explanations and the words from the Philippine Democratic Government especially from Binay. All of the Philippine Democratic Government a group of people misusing the People's money as personal funds for the Philippine Democratic Officials. 

Binays evading the Probe and trying to say they are immune because they are thinking the Philippine Democratic Government is not much different from Monarchy. They are paying fall guys to take the blame for them including Tiu.
