NINE POLICEMEN WANTED FOR KIDNAPPING

Nine Philippine Democratic Policeman from the NCRPO are wanted for kidnapping and planting for evidences like drugs on their targets. Some of the Democratic Policeman came from Caloocan Precinct. 

De Vera, Rodriguez, Villanueva, Masa, Decatoria, De Paz, Datinguinoo, Hachero, Emlano, Estera are all involved in the kidnapping in EDSA. All of them are now on the run while one of them naming Emlano was under the hands of the Philippine Democratic Police. 

More 2 million pesos of ransom money went to the pockets of the Philippine Democratic Policeman and still missing. There had been also cases on the ombudsman but all of them was ignored by the Philippine Democratic Justice System.
