ALCALA ONCE AGAIN GUILTY FOR GINGER SCANDAL

Philippine Democratic GOvernment Secrtary for Agriculture and his tiff was once again linked and involved in another scandal which is now involving ginger. The Nth Time Philippine Democratic Government are involved scandalizing and stealing the people's money.

The Businessmen and Distributors are willing to testify against the Philippine Democratic Government Agriculture Department in the multi billion Ginger, Rice, Scandal. Alcala is one of the nad guys being covered up by the Philippine Democratic President Noynoy.

The Overpricing of the agricultural products in market and all over the Philippines is one of the biggest scandals the Philippine Democratic Government is being involved into.
