8 PROVINCES UNDER THE STATE OF CALAMITY

Philippine Local Government Units (LGU) declares 8 provinces under state of Calamity. Mostly under floods which has the depth of more than 5 feet. Many of the towns and Cities of these 8 provinces are under flash floods, power shortages, and water shortages. 

The said provinces includes Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Quezon, Bulacan, Pampanga, NCR, and other Luzon provinces. Some of the said provinces are still under water and thus with the height of man and often chest of a man.
