PAGASA CHANGES COLOUR FOR WARNING SIGNAL

PAGASA A Philippine Government based Meteorological Agency will change its colour signal from green to yellow due to the colour symbol. Green based on lay man terms are tranquil and no problem at all. This is based on psychological symbol we have as humans when it pertains to green.

So PAGASA will change Green to yellow starting next week with notice to the public.
