HEAVY SOUTHWEST MONSOON SLAMS LUZON

Heavy Southwest Monsoon hits and landfalls in Luzon and Palawan last Monday thus causing heavy power and water shortages to various places all over the Luzon Area. It is pulled by the previous typhoon which landfalled in Mainland China last Monday.

The Southwest Monsoon was created when the it was during the height of the previous typhoon thus pulling it up and strenthening its winds up to 75 km per hour.
