DEMOCRATIC SOLDIERS KILL CIVILIAN AND LABEL AS NPA

Democratic Soldiers had killed a Civilian and posed him as an NPA (New People's Army) in Mindanao. He was a member of an Ethnic Group in Bukidnon. 

The democratic Soldiers out of Desperation of losing so much from the NPA (New People's Army). They targeted instead the Civilians and thus lied to the Pro democratic Media and setup him as an NPA (New People's Army). 

The Family of the deceased Civilians complained however the Democratic Military plays deaf, blind, and mute.
