DEMOCRATIC OFFICERS SQUANDERS PMA FUNDS

Democratic Officers in the Philippine Democratic Army had been squandering PMA (Philippine Military Academy) Funds and along with the allowances of the Cadets inside the Democratic Military Training School. 

However the democratic Military plays blind, deaf, and mute over the cases and thus only gives their Democratic Officers light punishments despite over the heavy grave sins they had been doing with the Democratic PMA (Philippine Military Academy) Funds.
