EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS BETWEEN CHINA AND PHILIPPINES TALKED OVER

Democratic Government led by Democratic President Duterte and Chinese Chairman Xi Jin Ping had discussed about Prisoner exchange while in China. 

It is on going discussion between the the leader of CPC (Communist Party of China) and the Philippine democratic Government. The main point is the exchange of Chinese Prisoners to Filipino Prisoners.
