EDITORIAL SUNDAY 

PHILIPPINE DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY AND GOVERNMENT HAD A HUGE PROBLEM WITH UNQUALIFIED HUMAN RESOURCES

As a Practitioner of Law, I myself will say Philippine Democratic Society and Government had a huge problem with Human Resources and all of them are not qualified. Many of them are self serving including Democratic Mayors, and Governors. 

Special Democratic Policemen and Soldiers are also one of the most unqualified Human resources in the Philippine Democratic Government. 

What made us say they are Unqualified: 

1. 99% of them came from Political Dynasties

This hell started during the downfall of Marcos when Cory raised fires of hell into the Filipino Society. Political Dynasties like Binay, Roxas, Drilons, Cayetanos, Aquinos, Cojuancos, and others started reign over the Democratic Government. 

You don't have to investigate you can see it on the ruling few in many places in the Philippine Archipelago. Even their wives, sons, uncles and aunties have positions in the Philippine Democratic Government. 

Most often they took the seats of Democratic Senators, Democratic Congressmen, Democratic Governors, and others. One of the biggest problems of Political Dynasties is corruption. The dsitribution was eaten wholely by the Ruling Dynasties. Then they took control of every lawmen, and others in their areas. 

They became Lords of the said area they rule. This is why Democracy is Monarchy in disguise. 

2. The Staff Themselves do the dirty things themselves

Don't just point on the high officials, even the Democratic Staffs working within the Agencies in the Philippine Democratic Government is corrupt as hell itself. They themselves are the culprits and the ones who benefit through extortion and bribery. 

Only some of them are caught by Media yet there are 99% of them still in office and not yet caught. 

Some when caught would even deny their own sins and say crappy words. Imagine this is already another form of oppression and another punch to the Filipinos and the Filipino Society. 

3. Heaviest of Taxes

The Philippine democratic Government had the heaviest of all taxes and it includes almost all of the

daily consumption of the Filipino Masses. The Money they get from these goes to the pockets of the incompetent Democratic staff, officials, and more often the pockets of the democratic High officials who squander feed it to their immediate families.

Aren't you noticing how a democratic Official could afford such luxurious lifestyle when their salary is only P60,000 per month for a High ranking. Less the Income tax (*If they are taxed I Doubt), and the expenses of their families. Even the greatest mathematicians in the world cannot give you 10 when you get only 2+3=5 each month. You don't need a detective to see it. 

4. They are Evil Ones 

Not everyone who comes in the Church and pray are saints. All the time they are the ones who are evil ones. Almost all of them are reading the bible and saying bible verses, Jesus is this, Jesus is that...blah blah. 

But their actions is otherwise from what they read and know. 

They use religion and the bible to feed on the backs of the Filipinos and make themselves Kings and lords the same level as Democratic Officials. 

DUTERTE'S BIGGEST PROBLEMS 

This is one of the Biggest problems Duterte Had in the Democratic Government. Yes, I see how he wanted to change the Philippines. Ehem!!! The Problem is your Democratic officials they cannot be relied on and they are as dirty as hell. There is also a big problem in the Philippine democratic Justice System where in you will be surprise "Justice for sale". 

It reach its peak during the term of former democratic President Noynoy (Abnoy). It rose to its peak during the term of Late Democratic President Cory Aquino, Fidel V Ramos, Ejercito Estrada (Before ousted) and Gloria Arroyo. 

Don't kid yourselves. As long these Democratic Officials are alive, trust me its not yet time for death penalty to be pushed through and you can innocent people into hell and cover ups and frame ups will often occur even now. They would even use this to extort money from the chinese and if they don't pay them they would frame them up as Drug lords. 

Where is the Justice there. See what I mean. Everything in Democratic Government is money, you eat with money, you drink with money, you poo with money, you pee with money and you die with money. What is the common denominator in Democratic Society it is called "Money". See what I mean what is wrong with the Philippine Democratic Society and Government.
