CORRUPT DEMOCRATIC BOC DEPUTY COMMISSIONER LACHICA KILLED IN AN AMBUSH

Corrupt Democratic BOC (Bureau of Customs) Deputy Commissioner Lachica was killed an ambush by armed assailants considered to be wearing Bullet proof Vest and Facemask. 

Democratic BOC (Bureau of Customs) Lachica was known for his corruption in Customs where he earns from kick backs and increasing of taxes from importers and exporters. He was also known to confiscate Containers when he knows the importers and exporters will not pay for absurb tax rates he will impose on them. 

He was killed in Manila nearing Parian Area and leaving Port Area.
