HIV CASES ON PHILIPPINES INCREASED TO 20 PEOPLE PER HOUR

HIV and Aids Cases on the Philippines had increased to 20 people per hour from 2 people per hour decades before. The Democratic DOH (Department of Health) numbers are only Conservative but there are more than that.

Young People are sexually active and they are unaware of multiple partners sexual intercourse and trophy attitude towards Sex. Another Source are drug users.
