DINKY SOLIMAN AND DSWD GUILTY FOR THE TONS OF RICE AND RELIEF EFFORT GOODS

Tons and tons of Food, Rice had been thrown and buried by Democratic DSWD in a 7 feet Soil to hide the evidences of the Foolishness done by the Philippine Democratic Government. The Sacks of Rice should have been given to the Typhoon Victims but hid by the Philippine Democratic Government. 

When the rice was spoiled they are trying to hide the evidence by burying it on a 7 feet Soil but was later dugged and pictured by the Residents to prove the Guilt of the Philippine Democratic Government. 

Dinky Soliman and the Entire Philippine democratic Government is directly involved with this foolishness and hiding of Evidences.
