WORLD OIL PRICES DROPS ANEW

Oil Prices all over the World drops anew and with all time low. It had dropped by 10% from the Previous Price per Barrel. 

China and Russia had successfully made a great deal from Oil Exports nearly outrunning those in the Middle East. Oil Drops as OPEC also follows the prices dictated by the Chinese Market and the Russian Market.
