NOYNOY: SOUTH CHINA SEA ISSUES ARE NOT DISCUSSED ON APEC

Noynoy said on the APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Forum) that it will not be discussed and

everything will be pure economic in Nature. Noynoy was ignored by various Leaders from APEC Member Countries as they turned their Attention to the Chinese President.

Noynoy was merely outcasted by the Leaders from Different APEC Members and he was not able to talk about the South China Sea Issues. He also failed to get investors to the Philippines.
