CHAPTER TWENTY SEVEN

THE TRUE PEOPLE'S GOVERNMENT 

(COMMUNIST SOCIALIST GOVERNMENT)

From the City to the Provinces, I had seen so many Attocrities of the Philippine Democratic Government. One time there was heavy monsoon rains affecting the Barrios and local towns. I sent representative from my Corporation to represent us and help the Filipinos there badly affected by monsoon rains.

I sent Father Ismael, Father Luis, Father Daniel Cogul, Mr Bato, Mr Sanchez to the "Water Beak" a code name we gave to the place. The relief operations was indeed must be faster than the Philippine Democratic Government or else the people there will have nothing to eat. They have no medicine if they are ill. 

Our Convoy was deployed from the Nation's Capital to "Water Beak" and it reached the destination within 2 days. It was that far from the Nation's Capital. 48 hours when we reach there not one Philippine Democratic Official or Philippine Military forces was present. The people said they have abandoned them and hid in their mansions, and haciendas. The Philippine Democratic Police was no longer in their positions and not even their shadow was found. 

When Father Daniel Cogul reported to me through Satelite phone, It was already night fall. It was still raining there and the sky is grey. Father Daniel said,"Comrade, We have fed the people a ration of a week of food." he continued,"the people told me that the Philippine Democratic Government is nowhere to be found."

I know the Barrio and the villages are remote but with effort we reached it. I can obviously the Philippine Democratic Government didn't even bother to go to the place. We offered the people emergency camping tents for them to sleep because we knew all their houses are destroyed or flooded off with the water. 

We also stationed Medical Stations there for free in case they fell ill. 

Father Daniel Cogul Shouted,"These are for you. No need for you if your Voters or not in the former Philippine Democratic System here." He continued,"As long as your in need you can come to us for

free and we will help you."

He once again Shouted,"This is from Mr Anonymous and all these are for you." People begin to huddle as they began distributing food for the people. 

I included in the convoy are Medicines because I knew the people there are in badly need of Medicine, Water and Food, and shelter. I called him the next day,"Father Cogul, I want you to do something for me. Stay there for Several Days and wait for the arrival of the Red Fighters." I continued,"They will assist you on security and escorting the convoy to safety."

I knew beyond the rivers are vast plains and towns where Bandits hide and victimizes convoys. So I asked for the help of the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines). While there Father Daniel Cogul, and Mr Bato read stories to the children there and even the townfolks about the bravery of the Communist Red Fighters fighting to liberate them from the Philippine Democratic Government. 

They even told them the Stories of the brave Chinese Soldiers and Communist revolutionaries who fought for the liberation and creation of the New China. Mao Tze Dong was one of the personalities being told to them and their heroism. That night I told Father Daniel Cogul,"Well, Those stories is what I told you before." 

Father Daniel Cogul smiled at the satelite phone and answered,"Well Comrade. What can I say your one great story teller. Everytime you tell stories I and the others are amused." he continued,"Next time tell me more about the CPC (Communist Party of China) and the Chinese Red Army adventures." I answered him,"Sure, Father Cogul. I can even tell you about the heroes and Patriots of Ancient China."

It took a month before the Philippine Democratic Government arrived at the doorstep but they were driven off by the Red Fighters from the NPA (New People's Army). The People whom we fed, and cured there even helped the NPA (New People's Army) fight off the Democratic Forces. The Firefight lasted for a day and the next day, the People most of them natives declared themselves a revolutionary town.

Father Daniel Cogul and the others whom I Sent there witnessed the raising of the Red Flag in the villages and Barrios. They sent me Photos and videos of the wonderful event and as a thank you some of the Red Fighters escorted my representatives there to safety onward to the Highway. Where they will drive back to the nation's capital. 

I can see from that the Philippine Democratic Government once again lost a territory.
