CHAPTER XI

ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Section 1. The Central Committee of the Party will make the corresponding decisions to change or supplement the general guideline, based on more social investigation and actual work experience in land reform.

Section 2. The Executive Committee and the Political Bureau of the Central Committee may formulate rules and regulations, as well as the general explanation or clarification to conform to this guide. The Committee of the Party in the region can formulate rules and regulations, as well as the general explanation or clarification isusuplemento to guide them to land reform. These must be approved by the Central Committee of the Party.
