BINAY SHUNS AWAY FROM DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT MOTHER BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE INVITATION

Binay Shuns away from the invitation of the Democratic Government Mother Blue Ribbon Committee and evades showing his horns and tails. Binay was known to have said he will present himself as long as the Democratic Government blue ribbon Committee invited him. 

When the invitation arrived he evaded and hid telling his secretary he is not in the Office. Making an alibi for the shame and guilt.
