GUIDELINES FOR LAND REFORMS

CHAPTER VI 

GOOD LIVING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT AND FARM WORKERS FARM  

Section 1 In all farms operated on socialist basis, fully support the formation of trade unions and the use of farm workers and other workers in their democratic rights. Also fully support the demand of the union to improve working and living conditions and get other benefits. Unions have the right to know the true accounts of the company for they have a solid basis in demand to improve working and living conditions, and get other benefits. 

Section 2 means better working and living conditions and the presence of other benefits: not merely excluded from employment anyone, reasonable minimum wage, higher wages for overtime work and less risky , same wages the same job without gender discrimination, based the level wages in efficiency and service duration without discrimination of sex, better working facilities, better housing facilities, privileged holiday , paid holidays and female workers when bare with monthly visitors, associated with pension plans, there will be retail cooperative that sell basic commodities at low prices, free medical and dental services for the whole family labor, the free study to elementary and high school children of workers, compensation for those killed or injured, free funeral, and so on. 

The extent possible, the farm workers are distributed the home sites available employment resources more food and income. 

Section 3 captures the range of peasant farm workers, especially in the category of irregular and non permanent workers in Socialist farms, reviewed and appropriate action will do the organization of farmers any contract or plan used by master landlords, administrator, trustee, or labor contractors to recruit farm workers in the locality. 

Protect the organization of farmers from Political and economic rights of farm workers. They can also get membership union in their workplace. 

Section 4 Any recruitment of farm workers are prohibited from violating reasonable contract, artistic, usury, call off the wages of workers, cheat on accounts, and make other forms of exploitation. Punish anyone who violates this prohibition. 

Section 5 will ensure the union of agricultural workers on farms investor, or the association of farmers in the area surrounding the farm, which distributes and cultivates the idle or excess part of the landed estate investor base operated. In the case of the ranch, the size of the land shall leave for it is based on the actual number of animals. 

Section 6 Depending on the concrete situation, can be fully democratic government control of the landed estate investor base operated, or allow the owner to continue if it is from stolen wealth or ill gotten wealth to own and manage the manor, subject to strict conditions, such as enhancing the working and living conditions of workers, and paying taxes, the big part is money to the Socialist government. 

Section 7 Strictly forbid big foreign capitalists possess at least have a piece of agricultural land or control it in any way. If so, punish them and their litter when they violate this prohibition. 

Section 8 punish the owner, administrator, trustee, or labor contractors, as well as their litter, using private armed guards or enemy troops or police to guard the manor and curb farm workers and citizens. 

Section 9 of Socialist government nationalized the agricultural land base operated Communist Socialists. This will be the orientation of the unions and the working class.
