PHILIPPINE DEMOCRATIC DOST SEC ABAYA RIDES WITH COMFORT ON MRT

Philippine Democratic Government DOST Secretary Abaya gave the conclusion it is safe and comfortable to ride the MRT. His basis he rode it when it wasn't rush hour and he was with his body guards and beside the driver. 

He was even given the royal treatment of being umbrellaed. He rode beside the Driver and he is with his body gaurds without falling in line. Millions of Filipinos say he is full of crap. Beside him while riding the train are Media men, Security Guard giving him special treatment. 

He was also one of the Corrupt Democratic Government Officials feeding off from the People's money.
