16 CASES OF KIDNAPPING AND 2 MURDERS OF CHINESE OVERSEAS

Kidnapping is back and its on the rise. This year 2014 16 cases of kidnapped Overseas Chinese Businessman and 2 murders had occured. Until now the PNP (Philippine National Police) are unable to arrest and put behind bars the suspects.

Mostly in Luzon and Mindanao these incidents happened. The Group are possibly involving Policemen from the Philippine Democratic Government thats why arresting and finding them is impossible. The Corrupt Policemen from the Philippine Democratic Government are one of the suspects.
