PALPARAN GETS HIT BY HIS VICTIMS

Palparan the former Philippine Democratic General also known for his number of killed civilians. Most of them are Civilians who they accused as NPA (New People's Army) or their symphatizers was hit and stroke by his victims. 

Palparan is not the only Philippine Democratic General and Officers who commited human rights violations to
the Filipino People especially on the Countrysides. He was imprisoned in Bulacan and the family and kins of the victims puts out their rage and smites Palpalan. 

Along with him was 2 of his officers who also worked as 'butchers'. Many of his victims are anti Philippine Democratic Government activists. The Filipino People was also accompanied by the Roman Catholic Church to stop Oplan Bayanihan which is a tool for Philippine Democratic Forces to abuse the Filipino people. 

He is no longer under the custody of the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation). He said he would rather surrender than to be killed by the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines) and the NPA (New People's Army).
