BANGSAMORO BASIC LAW DRAFT ON AQUINO'S HANDS

The Bangsamoro Basic Law Draft was already in the office of the Philippine Democratic President Noynoy Aquino. It was given to him by the Philippine Democratic Congress. 

Philippine Democratic President had already received the BBL (Bangsamoro Basic Law) Draft and in his decision to sign it or amend it. Philippine Democratic Congress had finished it in 3 months time but still a draft. 

BBL (Bangsomoro Basic Law) and the treaty was a direct mockery of the Muslims who supported it. Said many of the Muslims on how smart the Muslims are. But some Muslim leaders in Mindanao are only after their own power and position and cared less for their fellow muslims. Although they know it is a mockery of the real Bangsamoro.
