MILITARY ATTEMPTS COUNTERED BY NPA

Celso Minguez Command of BHB (Bagong Hukbong Bayan) countered and defended Barangay Fabrica, Barcelona, Sorsogon from being taken back by the Democratic Soldiers. It happened around 21st of June 2014.

After Defending, BHB (Bagong Hukbong Bayan) ensured the safety of the Civilians from the harrassment of the Democratic Soldiers. The BHB (Bagong Hukbong Bayan) killed at least 23 soldiers from the counter offensive.
