HOSTAGE IN COMVAL A LIE FROM THE AFP

The AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) staged a lie to vilify the NPA (New People's Army) and used human shields to avoid losing more men. Major General Tutaan lied to the Filipinos by staging a human shield drama but AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) is the one who used them as Human Shields. 

AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) is trying to conceal their heavy losses from the Communist Movement. The Casualties in the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) are already escalating hiding it from the General Public. 

9th Infantry Battalion and 71st Infantry Battalion in Maco Maragusan and Mabini Boundaries lost so many men in its fight with the NPA (New People's Army). 10th April the NPA (New People's Army) put punitive sanctions on Apex Mining on violations of destroying the environment. In retaliation NPA (New People's Army) destroyed 18 Equipment and Vehicles belonging to Apex Mining. It is a Mining Company cooperating with the Local Democratic Government. 

AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) massive combat and psychological warfare to defend the oppressors (Owner Enrique Razon and Walter Brown) who is opressing the Lumad People and the people. 1001st Brigade and Apex Mining tandem planned to open a pit mining and warned the people to get off the area. They pointed guns to the Lumads and the People. The Apex Mining also paid the PNP (Philippine national Police) to arrests the active leaders of the people. 

12th of April 2014, NPA (New People's Army) Ambushed the 91st Infantry battalion killing four and wounding 3 soldiers at the boundaries of Maragusan and Maco. 

13th of April 2014, NPA (New People Army) once again ambushed DRC (Army Division Reconaissance Company) killing 8 of them and wounding 2 others. 

3rd of May - 5th of May 2014, Due to failing to win over the NPA (New People;s Army), the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) staged a hostage in COMVAL. 66th Infantry Battalion Commanding Officer called up small scale miners along with their families to evacuate Tabun, Barangay Mahayhay, Maragusan Town, Abaka, and Sition Dasuran. All Mining Communities in Compostela Valley.

The AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) took away the Small Scale Miners and their families faraway from the population staging a Hostage Drama. But the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) themselves held these People captive. 

5th of May 2014, NPA (New People's Army) attacked the 71st Infantry Battalion in Sitio Panganasun, Barangay Napnapan. 11 Democratic died on the attacked resulting to the retreat of the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) in the Area.
