Introduction

Manifesto of the Communist Party

"A Spectre is haunting Philippines-the Spectre of Communism. All the powers of old Philippine Democratic System entered into a Holy Alliance to exorcise this spectre: The Religious Christian Organizations, The Democratic Government, and the Imperialist Americans. 

Where is the party in Opposition that has been decried as Communistic by its opponents in power? Where is the opposition that has not hurdled back the branding reproach of communism against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?

Two things for the fact:

1. Communism is already acknowledge by all European, Latin American and Asian Powers to be itself a power.

2. It is high time that communists should openly in the face of the whole world publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the Spectre of Communism with a manifesto of the party itself."

Since before and after World War II, there is a communist Movement in the Philippines. They fought the Japanese during World War II and then fought with the Philippine Democratic Government in the 1950s. The Communist Aims started with only 1,000 (one thousand) red fighters. 

Now More than 10,000 (Ten Thousand) Revolutionaries fighting the Philippine Democratic Government. Ka Roger Continued the fight and until he died of illness in 2009. His legacy will continue and this time a more progressive CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines),Chinese Communist Movement and NPA (New People's Army) to make sure the revolution is a big success. 

CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines) through its imperfection still is an ever improving Political Party with the help of the Chinese Communist Movement in the Philippines. Chinese Communist Movement had a big aim of improving and making the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines) more to be feared by the Philippine Democratic Government. 

The Rule of a Central Committee consisted of Chinese Communist Movement and CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines) will be in tuned to make sure the revolution in the Liberation of the Philippines is a big success and the successful implementation of levetating the lives of the Millions of the Filipinos in the Philippines.

The Combined Political Maturity,the continuous revolution, and the improved strategic and implementation of the Bright Future of the Political and Socio Economic Status of the New Philippines.
