Cardinal Tagle of the Holy Roman Catholic Church heads a mass in Quirino Grand Stand for the feast of the Black Nazarene. Millions of Filipino Devotees are attended in Quirino. 

The Devotees are indeed devoted in this age old tradition of Touching the Black Nazarene. Philippines is 80% Catholic Dominated Asian Country. It is a tradition since the time of the Spanish Period.

Cardinal Tagle is one of the most well respected figure in the Holy Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. He is also the head of the CBCP (Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines).
