SALMON SALADS
Salmon is a native fish in the Northern Hemisphere which Spain is situated. Salmon swims even in the natural rivers of the Spanish forests and nearby shores of the Atlantic ocean. Salmon Salad is a recipe eaten by the Spaniards for hundreds of years and it is half cook and mixed with different kinds of vegetables.
Ingridients:
400 Grams of fresh Salmon
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
White wine vinegar
Mix of Lettuce and Leaves
The Process:
First Step, marinate the fresh Salmon with Oilve Oil and Lemon Juice for 2 hours
Second Step, Wash the lettuce leaves and place them in order in the plate
Third Step, Remove the Salmon from marinade and slice them into thin stripes. Don't forget to place butter
Fourth Step, Place the baking Tray under the grill for a few seconds turning the salmon once its done on both sides.
Fifth Step, After it is done put the Salmon unto the plate and put a few drops of white wine vinegar and marinade leaves.
