WUSHU: THE CHINESE TRAINING EXERCISES AND HOBBY

When we say of Wushu (武术) , it is a form of self defense. But the real nature of Wushu is to mantain and make one health in tiptop through regular exercise. Wushu (武术) required the movement of every muscle in the body, the proper circulation of blood, the proper use mind and body.
When we were younger, we are trained and taught the basic of Wushu and Taichi. Just as we Chinese say we start them young. There are three basic level of Wushu Training Exercises:
1. The Basic Wushu
The Basic kicks, punches, feet and knee position (Ma Bu /马步 and Gong Bu/弓步), and the basic drills for a better foundation in terms of graceful movements. For new starters and backed from retirement, This is the most effective yet simple ways to restore the vigor and the masterpiece.
2. The Advance Level Wushu
This is the more advance level that includes the combination of the basic movements from the flying stance, the foot steps, and the graceful blocking and offensive strategies. By the time of moving into the advance level, the student had already mastered the Basics and thus knows it even without using his sight. He can use his senses for the combination thus deliver it with great precision.
3. The Master Wushu
It is the application of all the levels from the basic movements to the highest movements and this inlcudes the actual fighting techniques. Some of these movements are used on SanDa (散打) the actual combat technique. Usually by the time when a person reaches this level it would be his or her fifth year in Wushu.Although in nature it is the art of combat, but it doesn't mean you would be proud and arrogant and brag it to others. The purpose of Wushu (武术) training was to get a tranquil mind and spirit. Exercise and Train Everyday for the better oneself and for the cultivation of oneself.
