NOKIA SALES WENT DOWN DUE TO APPLE'S INVASION

Long before Apple entered the scene, Nokia was one of the top most best sellers cellphones in the Philippine market but also in Foreign markets. When Apple introduced Iphone Generation 1 in 2005, Apple was not yet affected cause a few could afford expensive smart phones produced by Apple Company. As Steve Jobs came into the Competition, he boosts sales and thus affected Nokia's sales greatly by 50%.

By 2008 to the recent year 2012, Nokia Sales are dropping sharply by losing in the smartphone competition. Iphone being upgraded and sold to the market year after year is one of the products most effective weapon made and strategized by Steve Jobs himself for his brain child (the smart phones). 

One of the major competitors Samsung had already full touch screens like those of Steve Job's Apple. 

Nokia fighting back by having its own smart phone hand phone set so they can be able to get back to business and on track.
