FAMILIES EVACUATE AS RIZAL RIVER RISES

Rizal River is river and it starts flooding the riversides thus engulfing homes of many of the residents. The Government ordered the evacaution of the residents thus ensuring their safety. Just as Butchoy raises its signal and strenght over the Philippines, it also feeds the river with water thus flooding the areas around the river.

Currently no residents are living in the area and government rescue and disaster response teams are on the scene for the assistance of the evacuation.
