AYALA LAND HAND IN HAND WITH RUSTAN

Ayala Land owned by Tantoco Family is having some ties up with the Ayala land having deals of developing 60 hectares of Plastics City in Velenzuela City. Ayala is looking for more possibilities of operating retail shops in its malls based on the Statements of Miguel Marco head of Ayala Communications.

Ayala Land one of the countries leading developer who had many different kinds of real estates development like high end residential buidlings, Commercial, office, amd resort properties. This year alone Ayala land had the total of P37 Billion (thirty seven billion pesos) for its Capital spending this year. It increased by P12. 4 Billion (twelve point four billion pesos) by the first quarter this year.

All these are with the assistance of SSI (Special Store Investment Inc).
