PHILIPPINE CUSTOMS STRICKENS UP ON IMPORTS AND EXPORTS

The Beaurue of Customs strickens the hold on the import and exports on the ports of Manila. The main ports which are consists of North Port, South Port, and Central Pier now are computerized and have strict implementation of Customs laws.
This happened due to the spot inspection of all containers last April 2 and caught at least half of the conatiners on the said ports are either mixed or doesn't have permits. This may also be the reason of whistle blowers within the customs itself.
As all importers and exporters knows Manila is one of the Busiest ports in the Philippines. It is here almost 80 percent of the shipments land from foreign shipping lines, and foreign cargo vessels. The Center of all trades in Luzon and the Philippines.
