CHAPTER ONE

THE INFORMANTS

Based on the direct orders from the Intellegence Agency in Beijing, I was assigned to gather information, gather evidence, and investigate the mysterious disappearance of our informant here in the Philippines. He had been missing for days we would really wish find him and verify if his reports are true and reliable.

I was one of the few agents sent to the field to investigate, verify, and gather evidence of the reliability of the source.

Beijing knows that Manila is a big place and its hard to find a person in such a big area full of undisciplined people. Everywhere you turn your head around is hustly bustling City slickers who knows nothing but to loiter around, court and have sex with many women, and just being happy or satisfied with the state of being ignorant. This is one of the Major factors why the Americans are able to fool many of the Filipinos that they are the heroes.

I know unbiasedly that many of the overseas Chinese born in the Philippines can hardly be trusted. Most often times they have the same mindset as the natives themselves. So verifying the reports are as important as saving hundreds of lives in the line of duty. There was some wierd happenings in Manila. Our overseas chinese informants mysteriously got kidnapped and disappeared.

Kidnapping in the Philippines is not new but the informants are not millionaires or billionaires.

They are common people like me walking the streets working hard just earn some money for my food and bills. There is no reason for them to be kidnapped. Maybe it is because of the reason they are chinese too and the image of the filipinos to chinese staying in the Philippines are they are rich and wealthy.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has the record of kidnapping case but the case turned cold after ending several weeks of finding neither corpes or living person. So I turned to my most reliable source which is the Chinese Embassy. There I had contact who is working for the chinese government.

After five days of thorough investigation, I finally found the abducted overseas chinese. A thirty years old man in his dirty clothes and beaten up face. He was picked up in the street near Quezon City where chinese agents armed with guns assisted him to the car. I saw the car headed for the nearby hospital in the city district.

The following morning I was summoned by the chinese agents and I interviewed the abduction victim.

Based on his statements, a group of soldiers with brown skin armed with M16s and the logo of the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines). They were taken to the nearby detention cell in Camp Crame where many of the political prisoners inlcuding the Morong 49 in the previous years.

He said at least three of them were held captive for days and two of them executed. Never knowing where their corpses are buried. He gave me something important in the investigation which is a video recordings of the abduction. This is a good piece of evidence of Political Purging.

I submitted it to the chinese embassy and its the job of the chinese government from this onward.
