CENTURY PROPERTIES GROUP: A REAL ESTATE PICASSO

Centuries Properties Group is a real estate firm who had been in the industry for more than 20 years. It had a long time tie up with Broadway Milyan a known international architectural firm. The firm had already more than 60 building projects all over the world.

 In the Philippines Centuries Properties Group had built a small city called the Century City. In this piece of land, most of the buildings and projects are erected and many of them will completely construct within three years.

It was known to have unique, innovative architectural projects not only in the Philippines but also in the international scenery.

AZURE, ACQUA, Trump Tower, Centuria Medical, DNA Condominium Versace are some of the projects of the said firm in the Philippines. It’s head office located at Pacific Star Building in Makati just corner Makati Avenue.

Is the project of Paris Hilton her self. The building project had the touch on the personality of Paris Hilton. Because the main theme of the construction project was beaches and she loves beaches. Each building in AZURE is named after well known beaches all over the world. The names given to the buildings are from Boracay, Maui, Miami, and others.  

Based on the exclusive interview with Mark De Lucia, a sales manager of Century Properties Group, the condominium projects are for buyers and investors alike.

  

ACQUA is second Condominium project. This project had the Jungle theme. This project was made for the nature lovers, and those who wish to have their home away from the hurly burly of city life.

Condominiums in ACQUA are surrounded by trees, rooftop gardens, and small man made falls. It is located beside the Pasig River just adjacent to the Rockwell mall. It is also beside the new bridge constructed in Makati.

Its main attraction was that of the Pebble. Pebble housed gym and other activities. It is shaped like a pebble and based on the interview the designers intentionally constructed this because they want it look like a pebble in river.

Just below the housing areas are the commercial areas where people can place their shops, and sell their products. The promenade was like a small mall just at the ground floor of the Condominium. 

The DNA Condominium is personally designed by Versace himself. Versace was known for fashion. This project was constructed for fashion enthusiasts.

The building was constructed inside the Century City. It is just a few blocks away from the Glorietta, Greenbelt, and landmark.   

The outer skin of the building was shaped like the DNA of a living organism. That's why Broadway Malyan was named after DNA Condominium.

Trump tower was the most expensive project Century Properties Group had made. Named after the billionaire Donald Trump and the costs of each condominium units, this was made for the rich and wealthy.

Based on the interview, there are only two trump tower in Asia. One located in Seoul and the other is here in the Philippines. This project was in connection with the trump family.

There is more exclusive Condominium project and that is Centuria Medical. This Condominium to be constructed is strictly for doctors and medicine practitioners. This site is located inside the Century City estate.

In partnership with G Medical Care a known firm who had the high tech medical technology. This building was built as a hospital but with the ambiance of a hotel. This gives the patients a feeling being comfortable instead of having the feeling of being in a hospital ready to be injected and checked.
