HOLD YOUR HORSES BETTER FIX YOUR PEOPLE FIRST BEFORE IMPLEMENTING DEATH PENALTY

Congratulations to Mr Duterte for becoming the next President of the Democratic Government of the Philippines but however we support your programs but there are several we are not agreeing upon. One of them is Death Penalty.

Not Yet the right time to Implement Death Penalty

I am not against Death Penalty but I am Against the Corrupt System of the Justice System under the Philippine Democratic Government. You know very well how bad the situation is among the ranks of the Democratic Police and Forces. Special mention Staffs of Democratic Agencies. They are willing to do everything including implanting evidences to frame someone up to come clean or get what they want through extortion. 

Did you know that there are Thousands of Democratic Police some of them are in higher Poistions of General who had been involved in these foolishness?  Did you know the Evil Politicians who are responsible for thousands of foolishness are still alive and running under the Philippine Democratic Government. 

If you implement it you can send innocent lives to hell without even seeing who is around you, Mr Duterte. Death Penalty is effective under the Incorruptible and Reformed Situation not under now where scalawags and rogue Democratic Police Officers and Forces doing their foolishness are spared by the leaving Administrations especially Noynoy. 

Political Dynasty and Evils are Still Alive

I believe you when you say in the first 6 months you can get rid of these Bastards (Criminals however walks of life they came from) but never forget they (The Political Kins, the bastards, the Democratic Pigs) are still alive and breathing. They can still endanger you so called "Change". 

Had you ever heard of the Saying,"Once a thief always a thief" because they are not punished and they are protected and covered up by numerous administrations before you. You still have a long way to go Mr Duterte. The Wounds of the Philippine Archipelago is deep just your 6 years is not enough to heal it. 

What would you do the Evil and Democratic Officials who have stolen from the Filipino People whether they are Retired, former, and Current?
