DE LA ROSA BECOMES DEMOCRATIC PNP CHIEF

Dela Rosa is now installed as Democratic PNP Chief under the Duterte Administration however he said whoever that Drug lord is a democratic Official or not he will come and Arrest them. Duterte told him that his job for the Democratic PNP Chief.

He was also called "Bato" in Davao where he is known to kill criminals and Drug Syndicates. He had a record of irradicating Drug problem in Davao within 1 year and Criminality within 8 months for killing them on site on PUblic.
