DUTERTE: I WILL NOT PURSUE POLITICAL VENGEANCE BUT I WILL DELIVER JUSTICE

Duterte the New Incoming Democratic President said he will not pursue Political Vengeance especially towards Binay and Noynoy including their Collaborators but he will implement Justice. When Justice is needed, he will persecute Them.

Binay one of the most Guilty Democratic Officials for Squandering funds and Steal from the Filipino People are one of the People who will be facing justice along with Noynoy and his Officials under the Duterte Administration. This is the voice of the Filipino People.

He said this is not all about vengeance but Justice in which they should face for their foolishness.
