OBAMA INSTALLS NEW AMBASSADOR OF US IN PHILIPPINES

As for the New Incoming Duterte Administration, US Sends its new Ambassador in the Philippines With the surname of Kim. He is a South Korean Descendant in US and had lived in US For many years. 

In 2002, he became a US Ambassador in South Korean Capital Seoul and later became US Defense Assistant Secretary. He had also been sent to Hong Kong SAR  and Malaysia by the US Government for talks with the CPC (Communist Party of China) and Became Ambassador of US to Malaysia.
