VENEZUELA PRESIDENT STATES US INVOLVEMENT IN THE CHAOS IN THE COUNTRY

Venezuelan Government President Monduro states with Evidences the US Government involvement over the Chaos happening there. The People on the Streets are instigated by the US Agents from the US Government. 

Chinese and Russian Intelligence Agents had confirmed the Involvement of American CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), Homeland Security, and others on the instagation of the people in the streets. There are several US Agents were caught and brought to the presence of President Monduro by the Chinese and Russian Intelligence Agents,

Venezuela had asked help from the Chinese and Russian Government. China and Russia had responded by sending Agents to counter US counterparts.
