MAN GUNNED DOWN IN QC BY RIDING IN TANDEM

Another man was robbed and shot dead by Riding in Tandem in Quezon City before his wife came out of the house. The Man was robbed off his cellphone and once again police came 30 minutes after the incident happened. 

PNP (Philippine National Police) indeed has no ability to subdue crimes and left the Filipino masses at the hands of lawlessnes.
