MAN SHOT DOWN IN QUEZON CITY BY THEIVES

A man was robbed and shot in Quezon City by several thieves.The thieves out of greed of money and out of criminal minds robbed the man and killed him.

The PNP (Philippine National Police) is still showing the incapacity to subdue crimes and negligent of their duties.
