BARANGAY CHAIRMAN COVERS UP FOR HIS WANTED COUSIN

A Cousin of a Barangay Chairman rapes and harrasses a woman. The Subpoena was then blocked and covered up by his Barangay Chairman Cousin (Barangay Chairman Edgardo Sison) in Barangay San Rafael Rizal.

The Court issued the subpoena but the said local government Chairman tried to cover up the sins and crimes of his kin. He refused to give the Subpoena ordered by the Court to his cousin. The Cousin is not yet found until today.

Another Corruption in the Philippine Democratic System.
