US CONGRESSMAN LABELS CHINESE SCIENTISTS AS SPY

US Congressman just like the US Government makes another Racial Discrimination and labels one of the Chinese Scientists in US as Spy. 

Chinese Born American Physcist Xiao Xing Xi was labeled by one of the US Government Officials as a Spy in the US. Which is another Racial Discrimination done by the Americans for the nth Time. He was always called by Officials as Chinaman. 

A term used on Chinese in the later years of the 19th Century and 20th Century.
