NORTH KOREA BLASTS NORTHERN NUCLEAR TESTING SITES WITH CHINESE AND RUSSIAN BROTHERS

The Young Kim had ordered to blast and close down several Nuclear testing sites in Northern part of North Korea. The Blasts sealed shut many of the Nuclear testing sites. 

It was seen personally by the Representatives sent by Vladimir Putin of the Russian Government and CPC (Communist Party of China) wherein a long history of Brotherhood between the 3. This is after he was talked to by Comrade Xi Jin Ping and the Russian Medledev.
