RUNNING DEMOCRATIC BARANGAY CAPTAIN KILLED IN BADOC ILOCOS NORTE

A Running Democratic Barangay Captain Aspirant in Badoc, Ilocos Norte Province was killed by a Riding in Tandem shooting him to death. 

The Riding in tandem are possibly rivals or someone whom related to the previous fights or issues he had in the said Democratic Barangay. The Wife now laments for her husbands death due to Political Rivalry in the Democratic Government.
